Pritpal joined Spearing Waite in 2017 after spending 11 years at a previous firm.

He heads up the Planning & Environment department and deals with contentious and non-contentious planning matters, highways and related environmental law and local government law issues, including:

  • Lawful Development Certificates
  • All types of planning appeals and challenges to local plan process

  • Public rights of way of way matters
  • Environmental Matters Environmental permits (waste, storage recycling), Contaminated Land, Asbestos, Warranties and indemnities.
