Hannah qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s corporate department in August 2014 after joining as a trainee two years earlier. Hannah graduated in Law from the University of Manchester in 2010 and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, in which she obtained a distinction.
Before joining Spearing Waite, Hannah worked as a Legal Assistant for a year in local government.
Hannah assists the department on corporate matters. She acts for a wide range of clients on acquisitions & disposals of companies and businesses, as well as other corporate advisory work.
Hannah has a particular specialism in corporate reorganisation work.
