Procurement - Procedure

The following procurement procedures are available and Contracting Authorities must follow one of them.

Generally speaking, the parties procuring the goods, services or works will have a good idea of the type or even identity of the companies they want to contract with so will want to use the competitive dialogue procedures.

The reduction of time for a PIN can only be implemented if a contract notice was also published. If the publication was only by way of a PIN then the reduced time will not take effect.
